My clinical training was at the University of Pennsylvania’s Counseling Center and in a Forensic Partial Program. I completed my undergraduate degree in Sociology at the University of Southern Maine and studied at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands.

I have completed various trainings throughout my career, including Adult Psychodynamic Training, Embodied Anti-Racism for Therapists, Implicit Bias, Anger Management, Trauma, LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy, Somatic Therapy and others. I have worked in homeless shelters, urban prisons, community and forensic mental health, as well as college counseling for several years at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Maine.
