Have you ever paused and asked yourself: Do I have to be so hard on myself? Imagine for a moment how you would feel if you gave yourself permission to be more forgiving with yourself no matter what you are going through. Imagine you took time to work through whatever burden you carry instead of denying, shutting down, “pushing through.” Can you see yourself going through with this? Which aspects would change for you?
