I am the first person in my family to attend college. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and a Master’s in Law & Social Policy from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. I also studied Forensic Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Manhattan. My clinical training was at the University of Pennsylvania’s Counseling Center and in a Forensic Partial Program. I completed my undergraduate degree in Sociology at the University of Southern Maine and studied at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands.

Throughout my career, I’ve pursued a variety of specialized trainings, including Adult Psychodynamic Therapy, Anxiety Management, Embodied Anti-Racism for Therapists, Implicit Bias, Anger Management, Grief & Loss, Trauma, LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy, Somatic Reparenting, Polyvagal Theory, and IFS-Informed Therapy. My professional experience spans working in homeless shelters, urban prisons, community and forensic mental health settings, as well as providing college counseling at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Maine.
