Compensation
The revenue split reflects a balance between fairness and the practicalities of running a private practice. It was thoughtfully designed to ensure therapists are appropriately compensated for their expertise and time, while also accounting for operational costs that support the practice’s growth and sustainability. This structure provides therapists with a steady stream of referrals, professional resources, and opportunities to grow. There is also option to consider a tiered compensation model that supports both therapist and the practice’s sustainability.
